Petite Petit 2012 wine review by (PB)

Deeply pigmented blackberry hue with aromas of jammy earthy blackberry with a hint of blueberry with the slightest suggestion of mocha and nice spice.

Full fruit bomb presence with big plump berry flavor with a finish of clear milk chocolate. Lingering finish that reminds you of fresh blackberries bursting in your mouth.

This wine from the Michael David Winery with the unique name is not a typo; it is comprised of 85% Petite Sirah and 15% Petit Verdot (both spelled properly) with Lodi fruit.

My wife grabbed this because she was looking for a clown label and this was as close as she could come. At $15 it's a decent fruit bomb kind of wine which if in the right mood is just good drinking.
Raise a glass!
