Stevenot Orange Muscat 2005 review by (PB)

Amber hue showing some age with sweet caramel and stone fruit with emphasis on apricot.

Palate--Thick texture, rich sweet stone fruit nectar with good structure and lingering dried apricot flavors. Interesting.

At $9 for a 500ml bottle this is a very nice dessert wine with surprisingly good structure. A wine this thick and sweet would be sickeningly cloying but this is well made with plenty of acid to carry the sweetness to a delightful, after dinner wine. This is a solid value and a "buy another or two" and raise a glass.
