Dry Creek Fume Blanc 2006 wine review by (PB)

Pale gold with sweet vanilla pudding aromas with ripe mandarin orange and tropical fruit.
Palate--Grassy Sauvignon blanc flavors, off dry and solid acid structure for a good food wine.
Finishes with light vanilla fruit touch.

I paid $11 for this and it is what you might expect at this price point. Dry Creek tends to make solidly constructed white wines. Raise a glass.
